Important: Nose Shape provides AI-generated visual concepts for exploration and consultation preparation. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not recommend surgery, and does not guarantee surgical or aesthetic outcomes.

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Nose Shape (the “Service”) — including the app and noseeditor.com — you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and AI Disclosure.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with parent or guardian permission.
You must be able to form a binding contract and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.

3. What Nose Shape is (and is not)

Nose Shape lets you:

Take or upload facial photos
Explore nose styles and strength settings
Create AI visual previews and compare before/after looks
Save or share results you create, and use optional consultation-preparation features

Nose Shape is not:

A medical device or clinical tool
A diagnosis, treatment, or surgical plan
Medical, legal, or professional advice
A guarantee of any real-world procedure result

Always consult a qualified licensed professional for clinical decisions. Real procedures can look different from digital previews.

4. Your account

You may use the Service as a guest or with a supported sign-in method.
You are responsible for activity under your account or session and for keeping your device secure.
You may reset local session data in the app to remove photos and session data from that device.
We may suspend or end access for misuse, fraud, legal risk, or violations of these Terms.

5. Photos and content you submit

Only upload photos you have the right to use (typically photos of yourself).
Do not upload other people’s images without permission, or any illegal or harmful content.
You keep ownership of your original photos. You give Nose Shape permission to use them as needed to provide the features you request.
Generated previews are for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

Some features use credits (for example style previews).
Credits and subscriptions may be sold through the Apple App Store or other payment methods we offer.
Prices and offerings can change. Taxes may apply.
For App Store purchases, payment is charged to your Apple ID. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple’s terms and policies.
Unused credits generally stay in your balance for use in the Service, unless we disclose an expiration at purchase or limit use under these Terms.
Credits have no cash value outside the Service and cannot be transferred, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm others
Try to break, overload, or interfere with the Service
Bypass payment, credit, or access controls
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ information
Present AI previews as real surgical results, medical advice, or guaranteed outcomes
Use outputs for unlawful impersonation, deception, or defamation
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

8. Intellectual property

The Nose Shape name, branding, app, website, and related materials belong to Nose Shape or its licensors. Using the Service does not give you ownership of our brand or software. Feedback you share may be used to improve the product.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties such as Apple and other partners that help deliver features you use. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except as required by law.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the above:

AI previews may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or inconsistent
Looking like “you” in a preview is a goal, not a guarantee
Lighting, pose, and photo quality affect results
We do not guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOSE SHAPE AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI PREVIEWS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NOSE SHAPE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Nose Shape and its operators against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should reasonably survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will continue to apply.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires additional consent.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise. Disputes may be heard in a competent court where Nose Shape operates, subject to those protections.
