Nose Shape (“Nose Shape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Nose Shape mobile app and the website at noseeditor.com (the “Service”). Nose Shape helps you privately preview nose styles on your own photos for personal exploration and consultation preparation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies when you use the Nose Shape app or visit our website.

Information you provide

Photos. Face photos you take or upload so we can create nose-style previews and comparisons.
Preferences. Optional answers you choose during onboarding or in settings (for example goals or style preferences).
Profile details. Optional information such as a display name.
Support messages. Anything you send us when you contact support, including privacy requests.

Information from your use of the Service

Previews you create, styles you select, and related activity in the app
Your credit balance and purchase history
Basic device and app information (such as device type, app version, and language)
If you allow them, permission statuses for camera, photos, notifications, or tracking

Analytics

We may collect limited product analytics (for example which screens are used or whether a purchase flow completed) to improve the Service. We do not include your face photos in analytics.

Your photos are used to provide the features you ask for. Nose Shape is built for private exploration — not a public social feed of your face.

5. Who we share information with

We may share information with trusted partners only as needed to operate the Service, for example:

Companies that help create AI previews when you request them
Apple and payment partners for App Store purchases
Hosting, email, and analytics partners that help us run and improve the Service

These partners may process your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if required by law, or to protect Nose Shape, our users, or others.

6. How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep information

Photos and previews. We generally keep generation photos and previews for a limited time (about 72 hours), then remove them. We may keep information longer when needed for safety, legal, or support reasons.
Account and purchase information. Kept as needed to run your account, fulfill purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.
On your device. You can reset your local session in the app to remove photos and session data from that device.
Support messages. Kept as long as reasonably needed to help you and maintain records.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain uses.

In the app. Use “Reset local session” in Account to clear local photos and session data on your device.
Contact us. Email [email protected] to request deletion or a copy of account information we hold. We may need to verify it is you.
Device permissions. You can change camera, photo, notification, and tracking permissions in your device settings.
Purchases. Manage App Store purchases and subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.

We aim to respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time and as required by law.

9. Children

Nose Shape is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has shared information with us, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International use

We may process your information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to protect information transferred across borders.

11. Advertising

We do not use your face photos for third-party advertising. If we ever use optional advertising features, we will do so only with the permissions and disclosures required by your device platform.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
